NALIA · PRIVACY
Your information,
clearly explained.
How getnalia.com works and what information it uses.
Updated: September 12, 2026
1. Scope and responsible party
This policy covers the Nalia information website at getnalia.com. The responsible party is:
Felipe Fernández Escalante
Argentina
The iPhone app is still in development. Its privacy information will be provided before public access to the app becomes available.
2. When you visit
This website has no accounts, forms, payments, advertising, or audience analytics. It does not collect health records, recordings, or conversations. The example conversation is fictional and does not send messages to an AI service.
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and network providers may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, browser, access time, and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. This infrastructure is separate from the future app’s AI features. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its data handling practices.
3. Language preference
The entry page uses your browser’s language preference to choose Spanish or English. If you switch languages yourself, the website saves only that choice in this browser’s local storage. It stays there until you change it or clear the site’s data in your browser settings.
The site does not request your location or use an IP lookup to choose a language. Both versions remain available through the ES/EN links, including when JavaScript or storage is disabled. The website code sets no cookies. The hosting infrastructure may set necessary security cookies, including Cloudflare’s __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.
4. Contact
Our contact channel is coming soon. This website does not currently accept enquiries or information through forms.
5. Your choices
You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law. Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, access requests must be answered within ten calendar days and requests for correction, updating, or deletion within five business days, subject to the law’s applicable conditions.
You may also contact Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the authority responsible for personal data protection. This does not limit rights available under other applicable laws.
6. Updates
Changes to the way this website handles information will be reflected here with an updated date. New functions that require personal data will have their relevant privacy information available before use.
